Swatches ~ Makeup Geek (MUG) Vegas Collection Pigments

Makeup Geek (MUG) Vegas Collection Pigments
I was very excited to receive these MUG pigments because I had seen so many swatches that were just gorgeous on all types of skin.  The staying power of these pigments is absolutely amazing and they blend very easily.  I looking forward to creating many different looks during the fall and winter months!

Swatches ~ Mac Pink Pepper Pressed Pigment

 Mac Pink Pepper Pressed Pigment
This has definitely happened to me more than once, receiving a broken item in the mail. I just happened to have found this on the Nordstrom's website, it was supposed to be on back order until Sept 7th, but it came in two days... broken.  I called and they're sending me out a new one and said just to keep that one or toss it.   I think pigments are very soft to begin with and having a pressed pigment, that just seems like double trouble.   In any case, I saw a few swatches of this color online and I knew I had to have it.

Swatches ~ Mac Jewelmarine Glitter

Mac Jewelmarine Glitter
Mac Jewelmarine Glitter is one of the most prettiest glitters in the entire MAC Glitter collection.  It came onto the scene as a LE item and is now very hard to find.  I manage to find this from a seller in the Mac Community on Live Journal.  This community has over 65K member and you can always fine someone selling LE items.... but of course you can expect to pay more.

Swatches ~ Mac's Pink Glitter

 Mac's Pink Glitter

Pink is my favorite color so I just had to have this Pink glitter from Mac.. even if it's a re-promote.  I have the Reflects Pink Glitter which is a little more vibrant as with all the reflects but I feel I could wear this one as an eyeliner or more for everyday wear.

Tale of Tartan Collection Pigments

These are my final items from my CCO Haul. These pigments came form the Tale of Tartan Collection that was launched Dec 2010. The Brush below is a discontinued brush that I didn't own so I thought I would add it to my ever growing collection.

Swatches ~ Mac Dazzlesphere Berry Ornament Pigment Stack

Dazzlesphere Berry Ornament Pigment Stack
I bought the Dazzlesphere Berry Ornament Pigment Stack and I'm so in love with these pigments! Just look at the swatches and you'll see why.  My absolute favorite is the Spicy Smoke.  It's so pretty I don't want to use it because once it's gone, it's gone.  Mac has never bought back a limited edition pigment and made it permanent and for that reason, I just might pick up the Smokey ornament also.

Beauty ~ Mac Pigment Collection & Mac Glitter Collection

My Mac Pigment Stash
I really love wearing pigments because you don't have to use that much product and you get lot's of bang for your buck.  This is my Mac pigment collection, normally I buy full jars and fill up the 7 gram plastic jars, then sell off the remaining pigment jars for half price.  Those jars are so hard to store and i'll never use up a whole jar so I share the love. Check out my blog sale here for pigments I have on sale.

Swatches ~ My Custom Made Mac Pigment Quad

My Custom Made Mac Pigment Quad
I had these Mac pigment colors pressed especially or me!  I absolutely love Mac Pigments and these are some of my favorite colors.  These were loose pigments pressed into pans using two different colors.

She charges $3 for 1/4tsp of any pigment color. I have 2 colors per pan so it cost $6 per pan. If you only want one color, then I believe it will only cost you $3 per pan. I believe this is a great way to try the Mac pigments considering Mac charges $19 per jar and you're never going to use it all up, this is certainly a better way to go.
