It's something about taking locker room photos.... you have to wait for everyone to pass by and then hurry and take your photos before someone else passes by.  I never want to have anyone in my photos in fear of being sued! I'm happy where I'm at right now in terms of weight, strength and stamina.  I'm slowly increasing the weights on my lower body routine. I carry a lot of fat around my hips and thighs as most women do which takes these areas the longest to develop muscle. Actually i'm lifting pretty heavy and they say that the process for building muscle and replacing fat is a slow and steady one as long as the weightlifting is consistent.  My upper body is constantly showing muscle development which I'm very proud of so I will continue with the same upper body routines that I've been doing to stay on track.

What are my goals.... well i'm glad that you've asked! My goals it to do a body building competition some day. It's been on my bucket list for 30 year and I've never followed through with it. I've come kind of close a couple of years but then fell off the exercise wagon due to work... I was a flight attendant for 20yrs and not being able to exercise on layovers was a real pain in the neck.

There's so many great people that I look up to who have dedicated their lives to fitness and I admire them wholeheartedly. One of them is my favorite fitness fanatic Wendy Ida who just celebrated her 65th birthday and who already holds 3 Guiness Book of World Records in fitness/athletics.

This photo below was taken inside a dressing room, I was with my granddaughter who was in another dressing room trying on clothes.  It seems as of late that I'm only in fitness wear on most days.  If I write a fashion post, it's usually on the weekend when I wear normal clothes because I don't go to the gym on Saturday or Sunday. Last year I wrote a blog post showing 20 of my favorite gym looks.... "20 Days of Gym Swag" I really enjoyed taking photos of my outfits everyday!
