Celebrating Cancer Free | From Chemotherapy to Glam

I'm coming to the end of my ovarian cancer journey. I've had a hysterectomy and I've almost completed my 6mos of Chemotherapy. This has been an emotional time for me, I've have times when my mind went into some very dark places and have had to rely on family to bring me back into the light. Prayer and lots of support has gotten me through this diagnosis and I can say with a warm heart that it has taught me a lot about friendships and commitments. Am I cancer free? My CT scan shows no signs and my CA 125 levels are almost down to "0" from being in the low 100's. I've done everything I possibly could to aid the chemo in healing my body and the words from my Oncologist is that I'm now Cancer Free!

What does the future hold for me..... well I have lots of things planned. I'm venturing into sewing again and making YouTube tutorials of all my sewing projects as well. Another goal is to partner with more Brands (those that pay) to feature more skin care, beauty, fitness and lifestyle items here on the Blog.

On a different note, I plan on having another reading with my Spiritual Intuitive this year. I had a reading with her 2yrs ago and through her insights it was revealed that I was going to have a surgery in the future and to watch out for pain around the abdominal area. Because of that reading, I was able to go the the doctor on the first onset of pain, thus catching this diagnosis in the early stages... stage 2 to be exact. Continuing this journey (so that I can live well into my 90's... another insight revealed) and keeping the most positive outlook that I possibly can, will give me all the enjoyment, fulfillment and creativity needed to sustain this journey we call life.
