Hi everyone and welcome back to my November Fitness Vlog. I will be updating you regularly with my progress and throughout my journey into weightlifting and muscle toning. I don't really like the phrase bodybuilding because it really sounds very masculine. I definitely want to lose a lot of the unnecessary fat that my body has been harboring and replace it with very sexy muscle but I know it will take time and patience. My personal trainer @fitqueenofhearts said it will take up to 6 months to see the kind of results that I'm looking for and this is only by putting in dedicated exercising five days a week which I am relentlessly doing.
I'm no longer weighing myself per instructions from my trainer. I'm taking measurements and having my fat tested in the gym once a month and only using these measures to judge my progress.
I was going to add my weightlifting routine in this Blog post but I think I will save it for another post since this one is packed heavily with photos.
