My goal was to loose 10 lbs and I actually did!  So what have I learned from denying my body sugar.... I've learned how to eat a little more healthier and clean and I've learned that I can absolutely live without white sugar and artificial sweeteners.  However, after having another consultation with my Coach, I added raw unpasteurized honey into my diet. She explained to me that raw honey was a food that the body would break down into fuel which would ultimately be used as fuel for exercising. I always wrap my body with Albolene and Saran Wrap when i'm roller skating but not when i'm in the gym lifting weights.  My middle section will be the absolute hardest and the very last place that my fat will dissipate from.  It's not because I'm not doing sittups or working my waist, it's because women in their 50's automatically store fat in this area.  So wrapping my middle section whenever I'm doing any type of cardio is very very important. While I went into a lot of details on my detox program in my first post that I wrote, I've decided not to repeat that information here, rather just include the links so that you can read it if you wish.





This post is mainly to show my progress photos and give you an idea of how far I've come. I'm still on my journey, putting on muscle is going to be he hardest part for me because my body is very slow at building muscle. I want to have muscle because as I get older bone density loss is always a problem for women over 50. I want to be able to bend over and tie my show without my hip giving out when i'm in my 70's.
