Lifestyle ~ African American Ethnic Blepharoplasty (Eyelid Surgery) Day 9 - Day 12

African American Ethnic Blepharoplasty (Eyelid Surgery) Day 9 - Day 12
Playing In Makeup......
Day 9 still healing, using warm compresses and natural aloe very gel all around my eyes (top and bottom) to stop the itching an help with the swelling.
Day 10 no change.
Day 11 Woke up feeling a little depressed.  Did my usual morning maintenance of cleaning and applying heat and then photographing for the Blog. But on this day I decided to call my plastic surgeon's office and talk to Janet, the Director of Business Affairs & Patient Consultant, because I didn't see her on my day 5 appt or my day 8 appt.  I told her how I was feeling and asked if she could take a look at the photos that i've been uploading here on my Blog and let me know what she thought. As she viewed them she asked if I could email her my most current photos.... so I did.  She told me that she would forward them to the Doctor who was out of town for the week.
Day 12 I had to take my car in for an early service appt and knew that I would be leaving it for the entire day. Since my husband had to follow me to the dealer, we decided to go to breakfast afterwards, this gave me a chance to finally play in makeup.  Later while checking emails, I received an email from Janet letting me know that the doctor was putting me back on the  Medrol Dose Steroids Pack for 6 days. So I picked up my prescription and started the pack which is for inflammation, swelling and bruising. I'm pretty sure this was the push that my body needed to get me over the hump!
