Swatches | Tarte Tartelette Palette

My photos doesn't do justice to the Tarte Tartelette palette! I've seen photos over the net of swatches but I couldn't find any on #woc.  So, on my next trip to Sephora, this palette was definitely on my radar.  I took some time swatching it and what I loved about this palette is that it's an all matte palette, not one shimmer in tow.

The Tarte Tartelette palette is definitely a palette that i'm going to have lots of fun with creating different looks.  Since there aren't any bright popping colors that I like, I'll have fun using other colors such as rusts and golds with different finishes to create a variety of looks.

As you can see all these colors are very matte.  This is the first time I've ever bought an eye shadow product from Tarte.  I have a primer from them which I like so i'm very eager to use this palette and see how these colors compliment my complexion.

I know that i'll probably use colors on my lid from Makeup Geek, I've been loving her pigments and her colors just make my lids pop.  I read on another review that these colors are similar to the UD Naked palettes. I don't own any of the Naked palettes because when I swatched them they didn't really show up on my skin.
