Swatches ~ Lorac Oil Free Wet Dry Powder

Lorac Oil Free Wet Dry Powder

I've had these Lorac Oil Free Wet Dry Powders for quite sometime now, I bought them at a reduced price of $5 each from Hautelook which means that they're probable no longer on the Lorac website.  They offered a huge range of colors and I was very surprised at the pigmentation.  I ordered the white/transparent powder thinking it would look sheer on me but to my surprise it actually looks white.

What I failed to do was blend out the powders for you on camera which is an important step to actually seeing what the colors looks like on our skin.  The two brown colors WD4 and WD5 are absolutely beautiful.  I've been using the WD4 as a transition color for blending eyeshadows.  They both work well as setting powders for foundations which they are intended for, but I actually use a lot of my pressed powders as transition colors for my eyeshadows as well.

I'm not sure what I will do with the white powder, i'll probably add it to my blog sale eventually. All in all, i'm very pleased with these powders and the pigmentation, as well as their truly matte finish.
