Swatches ~ Mary Kay Foundation, Concealer & Mineral Powder

Mary Kay Foundation, Concealer & Mineral Powder

I recently purchased some Mary Kay products from an Independent Beauty Representative because I've been wanting to try these new formulas for awhile now.  I remember wearing Mary Kay back in the late 80s and early 90s so I do have a little familiarity with their products.

Mary Kay Foundation, Concealer & Mineral Powder

I purchased two foundations, a concealer and a mineral powder foundation.  I applied the Bronze 3 (which is the darker of the two) on the outer areas of my face and the Bronze 1 on the inner areas of my face. This was to create a light/dark contract where the inner portion of my face would stand out more.

Then I applied the concealer underneath my eyes, along the bridge of nose, my inner forehead, cupid's bow and center of my chin to create a highlight effect.  Next I used my Mac Deep Dark MSF around the outer areas of my face to create a contour effect.  Finally, I proceeded to set my entire face with the Bronze 2 Mineral Powder Foundation to soften out any harsh lines.  Overall I really loved how lightweight all the products feel on my face and how natural and glowing my skin looks and feel.
