Dr. Scholl's Active Series replacement insoles are a great addition to any minor problems by adding cushioning to the balls of the feet, supporting the arch and by adding a deep heal cup to absorb impact with every step you take.
If you've never tried any kind of inserts, these just might be exactly what you need to give you the extra support you might need. They are very easy to cut down to fit your foot size. The pair that I received fit sizes 51/2 - size 8 in women's sizes. I wear a size 7.5 so I decided to leave them at their normal size because the tennis shoes I used them with had extra room at the toe area.
