I have moderate pain in my lower pelvis area but it is not severe or aches every minute of the day. Actually i'm about 80% pain free but I do experience some pain after sitting for about an hour. I can sit and do computer work for a long time but I have to get up out of my chair about every 20 mins or so just to stretch out my lower back.
Here's what it looks like when I put it on one of my bar stools. It's pretty small but I imagine it's pretty good for traveling because it's so small. It has a blue fabric cover over the actual white cushion.
This is the inside of the pillow. I imagine inside the white sheet-like fabric is some sort of spongy cushion. It is rather stiff and firm but I do like it because I really don't want anything that will cave in and flatten after sitting for extended periods.
Here I have it sitting on a glass coffee table.
This is another view of the pillow on top of my exercise bike seat. I did have to place a rubber band around the pillow and seat to keep it from slipping. I doubt it was made for this sort of thing but since it's so small and I really needed a better pillow for my bike, it came in handy.
