Here's what my fruit looks like after i've spent a large amount of time cutting them up.  I only use fresh fruit in season because the smoothies are so much more favorable. As you can see, I have quite a bit of fruit but more strawberries than any other fruit.

Here's my fruit list:
Strawberries, Blueberries
Cantaloupe, Honeydew Melons
Pineapples, Mangos 
Grapes

I use this huge pot roast pan and toss all the fruit together which makes it easier to scoop up into bags.  With this bunch, I got three large ziploc freezers bags completely full. This will last me approximately 2 week.  


I drink two smoothies a day but I don't make them very large.  The first one for breakfast then I take off on my morning power walk.  I'm usually starving when I get home, then i'll eat a pack of oatmeal and a slice of whole wheat toast.  Sometime during the afternoon i'll have my second smoothie, then i'll eat a nice dinner with protein consisting of either fish or chicken.
