It's been such a long time since i've posted anything cooking related, I thought I would talk about this Edamame salad I bought to compliment the grilled shrimp i've been lemming for.
If you don't like the taste of edamame, then you might not like this salad. It has sort of a sweet, sour and tangy taste thanks to the cranberry's and vinaigrette dressing. With all that going on, they sort of drown out the flavor of the edamame, well all I will say is... this salad isn't for the faint of heart!
The grilled shrimp was easy to prepare, for seasoning I used Joe's Hot Stuff seasoning blend, place them on wooden skewers and grilled them on the stove using a pan with deep grill grooves. Grill for about 5mins then add BBQ sauce while rotating and you're done!
