Shrimp and Chicken Kabobs
Whenever i'm stuck as to what to cook, my very easy shrimp & chicken Kabobs always comes to mind.  These are very easy to prepare and all you need is a few simple ingredients:

How to Prepare:
1-lb of shrimp cooked or uncooked
2 chicken breast
1 large bellpepper
1 large onion
Olive Oil
Babeque Sause
Pineapple chunks (optional)

 Prepare the shrimp by peeling and cutting off the tail.  Pound the chicken breast to semi flat and cut into squares.  Cut onion and bellpepper into squares and cut pineapples into squares if you are using them.  You can also use small cherry tomatoes and yellow and red bellpeppers.

Shrimp and Chicken Kabobs
Season all the ingredients in a large bowl with the seasoning of your choice.  Using wooden kabob sticks (or metal if you prefer) start sliding on the vegetables, chicken and shrimp in a similar pattern.

Coat the skillet with Olive Oil under medium hot flame, place the kabobs into the skillet and continue to turn so the can brown evenly.  Using a small brush, coat the kabobs with the babeque of your choice and serve hot.
