Mac Refined Deeper Bronze - Bronzing Powder (no longer available similar here) was definitely love at first site! When I first saw this I was visiting my local Mac counter to pick up a sample of a different foundation I wanted to try. Now if you know me, you'll know i'm a blush/cheek/bronzer kind of gal so it's only natural for me to swipe a few blushes and bronzers while i'm waiting for the Sales Associate to return.
I thought I had seen every bronzer Mac had to offer but when I laid eyes on this cutie, I immediately thought, how in the heck did I miss that one!! OMG, it was so beautiful on me I just had to have it! So when the SA retuned I asked her if I could have it also. So she searched for it and discovered that there weren't any more on the floor so she said "let me check in the back".... so I waited with fingers crossed and well... you guess... it's a discontinued item and that sample should have been pulled..... sigh... sigh... boo hoo hoo!
Well, as an avid makeup blog shopper, I wasn't going to rest until I had this bronzer as a part of my collection. As soon as I got home, I googled it and found a lot of them online but of course I went with a sure thing...Amazon, and bought it for a little less than retail. So, my story ends on a happy note because i'm one happy camper!
