Ingredients:
2- 3 cans of salmon, drained
1/2 cup green onion, finely chopped
1 cup of Italian bread crumbs
1 egg
lemon juice from a wedge of lemon
sprinkle of garlic powder
salt and pepper to taste
Olive Oil
Preparations:
Mix everything together using your hands. Have fun digging into the mixture. Form a ball, then flatten it out to make a patty. Repeat the process until you've used up everything. Coat the skillet with olive oil. Fry both sides of the patties. Pair it with your favorite vegetables for a delicious evening meal...Life's good :)
